William C. Berkshire
Bill Berkshire was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1950. He grew up in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and Connecticut.
As a boy, Bill was interested in hiking, camping and outdoor activities. As a Boy Scout he attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
Bill attended undergraduate school at Denison University in Granville, Ohio, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in English and secondary studies in art, in 1972.
After college, he traveled and had a number of jobs doing construction work. Bill moved to Oregon in 1975.
In the fall of 1977, Bill began law school at the University of Oregon School of Law. He graduated in the spring of 1980, and began practicing law in January of 1981. At first, he had a general practice and worked in diverse fields, including personal injury, Workers' Compensation, domestic relations and criminal law. For approximately a year and a half, he worked for Hyatt Legal Services. In 1988, Bill began his current practice, which specializes in personal injury and wrongful death claims.
William C. Berkshire is admitted to practice before all Oregon courts, including the Federal District Court. He is an active member of the Oregon Trial Lawyer's Association and the American Trial Lawyer's Association.

Kate Stebbins
Kate Stebbins was born and raised in North Bend, Oregon. She attended and graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and attended and graduated from Northwestern School of Law, now Lewis & Clark Law school.
Kate developed her case evaluation and trial experience first as a deputy district attorney. She join Berkshire Ginsberg, LLC to advocate for injured individuals.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys a range activities that keep her outdoors and active. Besides bike commuting, hiking, and mountain biking, Kate is active with the Cascade Sled Dog Club and is involved with Project Pooch.
